Quotes provided online, by phone, text, or from photographs may be estimates. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual amount, weight, type of material, access conditions, or labor required differs from the information originally provided.

Quote Requests

When submitting a quote request through our website, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the items or materials you would like removed. Submitting a quote request does not create a binding service agreement until Red Oak Junk confirms the job.

Communications

By providing your contact information, you authorize Red Oak Junk to contact you regarding your specific quote request, service inquiry, scheduling, or existing customer relationship.

Red Oak Junk may use automated SMS technology for internal operational notifications to authorized Red Oak Junk personnel, including notifications when website quote requests are received.

Red Oak Junk will take reasonable care while providing services. To the extent permitted by law, Red Oak Junk is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or damage resulting from unsafe or improperly installed items.
