SMS Program Description

Red Oak Junk may use SMS messaging for operational and service-related communications. Customer-facing messages may concern a quote request, scheduling, service questions, or other communications directly related to requested services.

Red Oak Junk also operates an internal SMS notification system that alerts authorized Red Oak Junk personnel when events such as new website quote requests occur. The internal notification program is not a consumer marketing program.

Consent

Where applicable, consent to receive text messages is obtained through an affirmative action, such as submitting a service request containing a phone number and agreeing that Red Oak Junk may call or text regarding that request.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on service requests, scheduling activity, and operational notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply.

Opt Out
